Fireplace Preview

Jason had wanted to call the blog, "I bought this really expensive fireplace and they threw in the house for free."

Here is the fireplace with the new paint job (taupe/eggplant):

Better than this (light mint green/blood red), don't you think?
I can't wait to get the floors done! Hopefully the first layer of finish goes on tonight!

    These are my favorite before and after pictures. You've taken a fairly cute fireplace and by filling in the doorway on the right, painting wonderful colors on the walls and trim, and finishing the floor...you've turned it into an Arts and Crafts showcase fireplace! It looks fabulous! LS
