This weekend we got more done than we did in the last six months. The uprights in the framing are installed!
The hardest part was getting the angle right attaching the topside around the frame. Using Kreg joinery, it pulls everything tight, which is great, but requires more precision.
We've started rounding out the edge to the actual profile using a flush trim bit, but we had to pause when we started getting chipout, and our template has a few voids that line up perfectly with the bearing. Now we're researching ways to avoid it before going further.
